Joe & Maria Hide Out Garrick House is the ideal destination for unwinding and relaxing.
This double storey Home has 4 bedrooms.
Upstairs are main bedroom with a kingsize bed or two single beds and is en-suite, 2nd bedroom has two 3/4 beds and the 3rd bedroom has a single bed.
Downstairs consists of a family bedroom with a queen size bed and a bunk bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a lounge. Even though the sea is but a stroll away, you can also enjoy hours of fun at the swimming pool and lapa area.
About 5 minutes drive away is the small town of Pennington where you can enjoy everything they have to offer. Enjoy golfing at the Umdoni Golf Course or Selbourne Golf Course, game- and birdwatching, snorkeling, scuba diving, horse riding on the beach and numerous other attractions.
On the same property there is also a one bedroom self catering cottage. It consists of a bedroom with either a king size bed or two single beds, bathroom, lounge, kitchen (fully equipped), own enclosed area with braai facilities.
If you are looking for a place to party throughout the night or play loud music this is not for you. We are mostly family based (No parties accepted), and are based in a quiet residential area, hence noise rules apply from 22H30.
We are pet friendly, must be accepted by hosts, with a minimal cost per pet per night
You need to bring along own towels (bath and beach), dishcloths and all toiletries incl. toilet paper.
Servicing of units can be arranged, at an additional cost. (Must be pre-arranged)
Guests need to be approved by hosts, and if sleeping over, there is an additional cost per person per night.

We had an amazing stay! The house had everything you could possibly want. We were super comfortable. Close to the beach as well. Our dogs also enjoyed the accommodation very much. Will definitely be coming back.

Joe and Marie and the most wonderful hosts, the little cottage we stayed in was in perfect condition, just the bath is very small. I will most certainly recommend it and most definitely go back, our stay in Pennington was AMAZING
Hi what an awesome place to stay must say best cottage so far I have been very clean and secure, had so much fun at the pool, the kids loved it and friends that went with us did not want to come home that's what we call excellent service! Nice, clean, pleasant environment!
Beautiful area, lovely long beach with large tidal pool for kids and separate rocky areas to explore. Not too crowded. Town itself is friendly and small but has everything you need.
Convenient close to Durban.
