Area Information:
Stellenbosch, founded in 1679 and nestling at the foot of majestic mountains in the heart of the famous Cape Winelands, is alive with history and culture. The town was named after Simon van der Stel, at that time the Governor of the Cape. He gave out farms next to the Eerste River and here, in the fertile ground, food and wine were produced for the Castle and ships stopping at the Cape of Good Hope.
Today, Stellenbosch is still famous for the excellent wines the area produces.

Property Facilities:
Also available on the premises:
* Business Centre
* Wine bar serving breakfast and a selected menu, as well as a variety of top South African wines

Attractions:
The wonderful architecture of Dorp Street and the town Centre is of immense historical value, and the well-known schools and prestigious University of Stellenbosch make it a sought-after academic centre. The stable political climate and the excellent municipal service-records make Stellenbosch a pleasure to stay or invest in.
It is a place where the mind and senses are stimulated.
