3 BEDROOM SELF CATERING APARTMENT IN SHEFFIELD BEACH, Villa Royale is situated on Colwyn Drive in Sheffield Beach. This 4th floor apartment has 3 bedrooms (2 Double beds and 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms (1 shower and 1 bath) No towels are provided. Wifi available and no load shedding
No smart TV please bring your own laptop and HDMI cables to connect to TV .
There is one allocated undercover parking and limited visitors parking. Parking bays not suitable for very large vehicles. The complex has a communal swimming pool & braai area at pool. No braai allowed on balcony at unit . Out of Season rates are offered on a minimum 5 night stay.

Please note that: All adults booked in have to supply a copy of there ID or passports 48 hours before arrival as well as all the Prop 247 paperwork to be signed. This is a residential complex and strict noise control rules apply
Required Documents - In order for a booking to be processed once booked we require the following :
1. A copy of ID / Passport
2. Proof of residence (if SA citizen)
3. Signed and completed booking form and booking rules
PLEASE NOTE:
Extremely steep walk down to the beach from pool area in complex, and an alternative path to beach on parking bay, south side of complex
Villa Royale is situated on a cliff with wonderful sea views
Sheffield Beach is not a swimming beach, the closest swimming beach is Salt Rock Beach. There is a lovely rock pool in front of the complex perfect for kids

we had an amazing stay, all we needed was at the venue, the peace, safety and tranquility was over the top.

Our stay at Villa Royale was the best, the place is so beautiful and space is so nice for kids to move around in. I might make it my holiday home away from my home as it was so cozy and warm like home.
