Area Information:We are located on the Promenade, from which you have direct access to the beach. The beautiful 2.5km long Promenade allows for breathtaking sights along the Ballito beach front. Dolphins are common on this stretch of the North Coast shoreline, hence the nickname Dolphin Coast.
Within 5 minutes’ walk or a few minutes’ drive from a variety of fabulous restaurants and only 15 minutes’ drive from King Shaka International Airport.
The complex offers secure parking and a swimming pool.
Attractions:This property is 1 minute walk from the beach. Offering sea views, Frinton on Sea4 is an accommodation situated in Ballito, 100 m from Boulders fishing spot and a 7-minute walk from Ballito Public Library. Guests are welcome to enjoy the free WiFi.

We stayed in Frinton on Sea 3, great apartment, spacious, lounge, dining area and kitchen, great living area, walk from the lounge on to the patio out the gate and you are on the boardwalk: Amazing views of the ocean. Beautiful décor. Will definitely go back!!!
We stayed at the beautiful 4 Frinton on Sea over the June long weekend. The balcony overlooks the ocean, stunning views. The main bedroom also faces the sea. Modern 3 bedroom apartment beautifully decorated and fully stocked with anything you can possibly need. The ice maker was a cherry on top which made us very happy;) The apartment even has beach toys for kids which was a plus for us as we were travelling with kids. They also provide beach umbrellas if you want to walk a few steps to go lay in the sand all day.
All bedrooms have air conditioner, which helped as during winter days are sunny but evenings do get chilly.
The main bedroom has a king size bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower only, bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a reading nook with cushions and a comfortable bench, bedroom 3 has a double bed and a single bed (2 bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower and bath tub). The patio is huge with a 8 seater patio set, 2 beach loungers and a braai area.
There are a few shopping malls and shops close by to stock up on food and drinks.
The only negative is that the WiFi is not always reliable and it slow.
Overall we had such a great family holiday, we have already booked to come back next year. The owner also offers you a discount on your return visit!!!
Tons of space for families or friends. The rooms are really large and the decor is top notch. Great living room with all the amenities one needs. The balcony area and braai (BBQ) area are perfect and the view is the only thing that tops everything about this place. Comes fully equipped and is definitely a great place to stay as it has everything for all types of travellers.
