Whale Rock Luxury Lodge in Hermanus is close to the New Harbour, within sight and smell of the sea, and a few minutes drive from the centre of town. The 18 en-suite rooms and suites come with choices of king or twin beds elegantly decorated in a contemporary style provide luxurious and spacious accommodation. Beds are dressed in the finest percale and mattresses are of the highest in hospitality standards ensuring you an excellent night's rest.
The Lodge offers tranquil manicured gardens with a koi pond, a sparkling large (17 m length) salt water swimming pool and an 8 x 4 salt water pool at the new Villa, and secure walled parking.
Whale Rock Luxury Lodge is located at the Westcliff end of Hermanus and is central to every activity in and around the town. On the doorstep you will find the New Harbour with its fabulous restaurants and night life. Two minutes walk will see you at the start of the cliff path for which Hermanus is famous and from where Southern Right whales can be seen lolling between the months of July and November. Three minutes by car and you're in the centre of town where you can browse the interesting speciality stores or sit down to a delicious meal at any of the wonderful restaurants.

We offer a booking service for all activities like whale watching (by foot, boat or air), Great White Shark cage diving, 4x4 trails, hiking trails, horse riding, birding, sea kayaking and golf. We are also happy to help with onward travel.
