5 Self Catering Family Log Cabins and 7 B&B Rooms, located in Elysium on the KZN South Coast, 55 min drive from Durban. In the bush, on the beach. All Family cabins are fully equipped. Each B&B Room share a mini kitchen, with microwave and tea/coffee making facilities. The Family Cabins sleeps 4 or 5 (1 double, 1 single & 1 bunk bed) and consist of main bedroom, bathroom, lounge, kitchen and sundeck. The new B&B rooms each have their own bathrooms.
Ideal wedding venue - Catering for up to 200 people in wedding hall with countless wedding ceremony options ranging from on the beach, on a grassed terrace overlooking the ocean and an indoor chapel.
Conference facilities available +- 50 people.

Fantastic
Friendly hosts and great location. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and the view from our cabin. Lovely large deck area. Everything needed was available. Good holiday destination.
As a photographer who have visited thousands of wedding venues I can just say that The Laughing Forest is just a super super place! Beautiful venue with Highly professional staff who go above and beyond to take care of their clients needs. Also a fantastic place for wedding photos. I would recommend them any day as a Great wedding venue!

There is no way to express what a perfect venue this is. My daughter's wedding on Saturday was picture perfect. Debbie, you are by far the best hostess for any event. The food was out of this world, and all the extra little touches and spoils were so appreciated. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
