The farmhouse is situated against a mountain only 10 kilometers from Clarens in the eastern Free State, on route R711 towards Fouriesburg, just before Surrender Hill, and enjoys magnificent panoramic views of the mountain ranges towards Clarens, Fouriesburg, and Lesotho. Clarens itself can also be seen from the house.

Such a lovely setting and stunning facilities. It's very tempting to abandon your plans and just sit on the veranda and admire the breathtaking views! Close to Clarens( 13km) and Golden Gate Highlands National Park(30km). Would definitely recommend it if you want to stay over in the area
Was pleasantly surprised on arrival, the place looks even better than it does on the foto's. Really had a wonderful nights rest. People is very friendly and helpful, they even surprised us with a small gift for me and my bride to be in our room. More than happy to recommend this place to any one.

A great place to stay with lovely friendly hosts, the accommodation it perfect with really nice finishes.
The views are amazing and it is so peaceful but only a short drive into Clarens, we preferred to be out of the town.
We will definitely be back.

Variety
Main roads to town are recommended for daylight use only. Small town atmosphere but with a wide variety of activities and stores. The annual Titanic Challenge Trail Run was my main attraction - stunning views!
Everything....food, quality of shops...felt safe...clean...friendly people....
Love all the shops and restaurants there is. Surrounded by mountains. Perfect breakaway for winter or summer.

Small, quaint, but very lively little town with spectacular views all around. Hiking is a must and can be done on the edge of town. We stayed at Views and the hiking trail was on our back door. Beautiful, beautiful little town offering great food, culture, entertainment and beautiful hiking trails.
