3 BEDROOM SELF CATERING APARTMENT IN SHEFFIELD,
Villa Royale is situated on Colwyn Drive in Sheffield Beach. No load shedding
This spacious apartment has 3 bedrooms,(2 X Double Bed and 2 x Single beds) & 2 bathrooms with Spectacular ocean views.
The unit has an open plan lounge, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen fitted with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery. The apartment has ceiling fans . The is a Flat Screen TV in the lounge and DSTV is provided. Wifi available
Linen is provided, bring own bath and beach towels. There is one lock-up garage and 1 under cover parking. Parking bays not suitable for very large vehicles.
There is public parking just outside complex if vehicle cannot fit in allocated parking bay or garage.The complex has a communal swimming pool & braai area at pool. No braaiing allowed on balcony at unit.
All paperwork required 48 hours before arrival
Required Documents - In order for a booking to be processed once booked we require the following :
1. A copy of ID / Passport
2. Proof of residence (if SA citizen)
3. Signed and completed booking form and booking rules
PLEASE NOTE:
Please note we do not do bookings for anyone under 25 years of age.
Extremely steep walk down to the beach from pool area in complex, and an alternative path to beach on parking bay, south side of complex
Villa Royale is situated on a cliff with wonderful sea views
Sheffield Beach is not a swimming beach, the closest swimming beach is Salt Rock Beach. There is a lovely rock pool in front of the complex perfect for kids

We had a gud stay with my family. The place is neat and beautiful. All white bedding at all the rooms .Kids enjoyed the pool area with the swing.Security is so tight thanks Cathy

Ballito is a nice and safe enough place to holiday and enjoy the sea.
The vibe was friendly. The boardwalk is well maintained. Beaches were clean and there is lots to do during the holidays.
