A repeat visit and as always, wonderful reception, very comfortable rooms, delicious food and great fun. There is a lot to do to keep one occupied. A walk to Twin Bridges to see the Bushmand Paintings. Our tractor ride to Agate Bank was lovely even in the drizzle. We tried our hand at bowls but the heavens opened for much needed rain.
A wonderful weekend of fun with friends. Thank you to all the staff. Loved Rynhard's sense of humour.
Well done to you all and will definitely recommend your Holiday Farm.
Returning to Wyndford is always a treat. This was our first holiday with a baby and we really appreciate how accommodating all the staff at Wyndford were. It was also so nice not having to think of food with all the tasty meals prepared for us.
My kids just keep begging to go back every year. Unlimited hiking, horse riding, swimming, abseiling, action cricket at night.
I love it too! Beautiful gardens to relax in. Superb bird watching. No cooking, no dishes to wash. Excellent teas, meals and service. See you again next December.
What a wonderful family holiday venue. Wow! We had an amazing weekend celebrating my Grans 90th, duty free (no need to cook or clean or do ANY CHORES - a youngsters dream - and you get tea/coffee delivered to your room every morning). Such a beautiful area, with great activities. We so enjoyed zip lining, playing tennis on the beautiful court, playing a game of bowls, foozball and table tennis got intense, and swimming in the big pool at the lunch braai on Saturday was refreshing. Beautiful chapel, and did I mention the amazing views!? They even have two jam packed bookshelves - and you’re allowed to read a few! We loved every second.
Great stay as always. My kids love it, such friendly staff, excellent food.
Grounds and housing such a joy.
Definitely a must for the next holiday, relaxing and enjoyable.
Internet availability, and great massage!!!!
Excellent! We stayed in a neat and beautiful luxury room with double bed, TV, mini bar and bathroom on suite.
You definitely will see us again in the future. Thank you George, Lindy and staff for your love and hospitality!
We have been going to Wyndford for years and continue to go yearly - mostly over Christmas and New Year. It is THE BEST place to relax and unwind and focus on family time and personal time.I read five books during our week there at the end of 2018 - how fabulous! We park our car at the start of the holiday, and only get back into it when we go home. The only time I think about food is when it's being placed front of me and my family. It's a wonderful feeling knowing my kids are safe and happily being entertained with outdoor fun all day and into the evening. It is the only place we can all fully unwind. Thank you Wyndford. Please don't ever change!
From the first time we were fortunate enough to stay at Wyndford holiday farm we have never had anything less than an absolutely terrific stay! The hospitality, the warmness from staff, the willingness to go out of their way to make your stay even more comfortable and enjoyable! We love Wyndford and will continue to stay here as often as we possibly can, our children adore Wyndford and when asking them where we should go for a holiday - they always say Windford - that is a huge compliment as they are choosing this gorgeous place even over the beach! Please stay as wonderful as you are and please keep the meals as delicious as always!
We spent three nights in the Crystal Palace rondawel. All the rooms and separate chalets are named after British hotels hence this name for a rondawel. Comfortable, warm beds, thatched roof comfort and atmosphere, and a beautiful English country garden all around. The rates include three meals a day plus tea at 11AM and 4PM. The meals are mostly in the dining room which is very cozy and friendly. Every day there are activities planned like zip-lining or walks into the mountains which surround the farm. On Sundays you can go to the chapel where there is a short but meaningful service. What a treat - my batteries are full now. What a wonderful place.
Our stay at Wyndford was truly excellent. The food, the staff, the facilities were all top notch and the setting is nothing short of breathtaking. There are very few things quite like sitting and enjoying coffee with home baked biscuits and cake under an African sun, gazing at the Lesotho mountains and the Drakensberg a little further off. We went on several of the daily organised walks, as well as enjoying a tractor ride to the river. Our little one absolutely loved it and was doted on, and wonderfully looked after by all the staff - I think he was the most upset at leaving!
Due to the great location we were also able to pop into Lesotho for a day which I would highly recommend. Craft markets and local stores were the highlight.
We would definitely go back to Wyndford again.
