Our cosy, lapa-style lodge under thatch offers accommodation in 12 luxury suites. Situated only 25 minutes from Port Elizabeth and only 1 km off the N2, the lodge is accessible from civilization while being only 2 km from the southern gate of Addo Elephant Park, the second-largest wildlife reservation in South Africa.

Elephants Footprint Lodge offers comfortable amenities. In winter relax in a soft leather-clad lounge in front of a roaring fire and large screen TV.

Relax in our woodland style splash pool on hotter days with the surroundings of our rustic indigenous garden. All rooms are semi en-suite with luxurious fittings and crisp linen and open-air "rock-face" showers. The restaurant offers a full English / Continental Buffet breakfast and dinner a la carte menu of buffet on request. Customized River, Game, Sea and Dune Safaris are available in addition to corporate packages and conference facilities.

Double rooms with crisp 100% cotton linen, comfortable seating, a semi open-plan en-suite bathroom with oversized bath, fluffy bath sheets, hand towels and face cloths, private toilet and an outside private rock-faced shower under thatch. Gowns and slippers, environmentally friendly toiletries (Shampoo, Shower gel, bubble bath and soaps), a fan, heater, clock/radio and tea/coffee making facilities , safe and mini fridge bar are also provided.

Restaurant: We will try to cater for all diets - Children, Vegetarians, etc.

On certain days we will do a traditional three-course buffet or a South African braaï. Please enquire on booking.

NOTE : The Restaurant will be closed one day per week during the high season and two days per weeks during the low season (May to September).
