Another peaceful stay at Lemberg.
It was pleasant but no wifi in room was disappointing.
For silence and away from the rush of life.
The room was very clean, spacious and had all the amenities. Our host was very friendly and the location is beautiful. We took full advantage of swimming and canoeing in the farm dam meters away from the accommodation. If we had time it would've been nice to try out their handcrafted wines in their private cellar. Tulbagh town is only 3km away to get what you need for self-catering. We had a relaxing and comfortable stay! Thank you!
We enjoyed our stay, Zelda was excellent and made us feel at home as we arrived.
The unit was clean and tidy. We receive a bottle of a complementary wine which was excellent.
Good value for money.
Clean, comfortable, dog friendly. The air-con was an added bonus, as was being able to paddle on the dam. It is well positioned for touring around the region.
We were pleasantly surprised at the accommodation, beautiful little cottage everything we could need to stay for a few nights. We didn't know what to expect. And the added bonus was that we were the only people staying there (4 of us). We had the lake to ourselves to swim in and to go fishing. The only great disappointment was there were no fish. Apparently there were kaap in the water, but we didn't see any jumping, and get any bite or movement. All in all it was amazing!!
Ours was a very comfortable stay. Had a flattop TV with DSTV and all the modern appliances in the kitchen. The shower compartment was huge and the water pressure strong. There was a bath too. The cottage was situated under a lovely tree with a big dam nearby where one can paddle a canoe or have a refreshing swim.

We could only stay for one night, unfortunately. Loved the farm animals and beautiful surroundings. Will definitely recommend to my friends and next time stay longer.

Everything!
Wine, the history side.
We found Tulbagh to be close enough to Cape Town for a quick weekend away with family & friends.
Clean town with stunning wine farms, wine tasting and lovely restaurants.
Very picturesque with great hiking, mountain biking trails.
Lots of convenient shops in the town.
Can't wait for our next visit.

We loved our Sunday lunch at Tulbagh Hotel and Champagne tasting at Krone.
We went to Essere lodge for a weekend and loved it! Have done many wine tastings at the surrounding farms, love going there often.
