In Room Facilities:Our establishment boasts four modern units, each of which is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. Additionally, each unit has its own private courtyard and braai area, allowing you to relax and unwind in privacy.
The top two units offer a spacious balcony where you can enjoy scenic views of the surrounding area. These units consist of two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and living area, as well as a single bathroom. For your convenience, we offer breakfast and dinner options from Monday to Friday.
Our two ground-floor units are equally well-equipped, with each unit comprising of a single bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and living area, and a single bathroom. You can enjoy your favorite shows and movies on flat-screen TVs with access to DSTV/Netflix, YouTube, and Wi-Fi.
We also understand the inconvenience caused by load-shedding, which is why we offer four apartments with access to power during such times. You can continue to enjoy uninterrupted TV, internet, and lighting, as well as keep your laptops charged.
Area Information:Piketberg is an historic town, established in 1836, when the farm Grotefontein was given to the church council. The old town, now a series of beautifully restored cottages, grew up around the church, which still stands - an imposing neo-gothic style cathedral with beautiful window patterns, plastered panels and interesting towers.
Property Facilities:Security at all units is very good and includes burglar bars, security gates and camera systems.
The undercover parking is monitored by the same security system.

@1926 was a great find for a stay in Piketberg. The units are luxurious and well equipped, and we had a wonderful stay.
The best and most well equipped place we have ever stayed in South Africa... quality and luxury throughout!!! I would highly recommend staying here.
Excellent accommodation. There was nothing we could fault, from our arrival to our departure. Our host was there to explain everything and answer all our questions. The lady who did the housekeeping needs a special mention, she was wonderful. Thank you to the entire team. We enjoyed our stay, the only complaint is - we would have liked to stay longer.

The hot weather and little wind.
Lovely sleepy village and beautiful landscape surroundings.
Friendly host and people.
Nature was beautiful. The drive around and through the mountain was breathtaking. We had no network in Piketberg but the lady at the Tourism office provided us with a map which enabled us to get our destination. If it was not for her we would have probably had to drive back home and have reached our destination. Therefore thumbs up and 5 stars to the people of Piketberg.
