The Wild Fig can sleep four people.They will have a lounge/diningroom with DSTV and fireplace,a full bathroom with separate toilet,a bar counter with microwave oven, kettle and toaster and braai facilities on the patio.
In Room Facilities:The bedrooms have wardrobes, dressing tables, chairs and heaters. Bedding and towels are supplied.
Area Information:The Wild Fig is just around the block from our famous Harbour Road where fishing boats can be seen leaving and arriving back, where there are many interesting curio shops, boutiques, coffee shops, eating places and much more! Kleinmond has a lot to offer the holiday maker: there are the two swimming beaches,one of which has blue flag status, the two rivers, the Bot River and the Palmiet which are both ideal for canoeing and kayaking and then there is the mountain with all its hiking trails in varying degrees of difficulty. Apart from this there is also the full holiday programme during
December/January offered by our local tourist bureau.
Parking is available on the site and pleasant front and back gardens with sea view.Canoe and bicycles to rent.
Attractions:Kleinmond is close to Arabella, the famous 19-hole golf course with its beautiful swimming pool, lake, hotel, spas and beauty salons.Caledon with its casino and Hermanus with all its own attractions are both just 35 kilometres from Kleinmond. There are also many wine routes in the area and shark cage diving is at Gansbaai, a little more than an hour's drive from Kleinmond. Kleinmond is also just an hour from Cape Town International airport.

A most enjoyable stay .A charming garden and spacious yard and modernly equipped house and a lovely nearby sea shore with a small stream. Francolin birds pay a random visit .I would rate our general impression as 4.5 stars. Thank you!

Still close to the city but with a slower pace of life. So many nature walks by the sea.
I love the relaxed small beach town feel of Kleinmond. The combination of a lovely beach and lagoon along with a great beach path walk and the shopping harbour is a perfect weekend getaway. Would love to explore more in future.

Just enough activities so that it gives the feeling of a holiday destination but developed enough to cater for most needs.
