Herambi means "be together" in Swahili and is a beautiful Victorian house that was built in 1890 and is now a lovely guest house in Laingsburg. It is in a safe and quiet area opposite the golf course, making it ideal for golfers. Nearby activities include tennis, hiking, game- and birdwatching.
Hermabi offers guests a choice of five uniquely decorated en-suite bedrooms equipped with TVs with DStv, bar fridges, microwaves, tea and coffee facilities, safety deposit boxes and ironing facilities. The rooms are non-smoking and cots are available on request. The rooms are serviced and can sleep between two and three people. They are furnished with a combination of double and single beds or just single or double beds, depending on your needs.
Breakfast and dinner are available on request and will be served in the dining room. Guests can relax on the veranda with a drink while watching the sun set or to simply enjoy the view. The guest house has a swimming pool and barbecue facilities are available. Guests can also relax in the lounge which is equipped with a TV with DStv. Conference facilities are available for business travellers and ironing and laundry services are available on request.
Conference Venues: Small conferences of up to 15 delegates can be accommodated.

Probably one of the best guest houses I've ever experienced. The beautiful old Victorian house is extremely tastefully decorated. The room with its high ceiling very spacious and well equipped and the breakfast superb. Will definitely stay there if I go to Laingsburg again.
