Bellevue Guest Lodge is a charming retreat set in 11 hectares of spacious gardens and tropical forest and offers guests a choice of self-catering accommodation, situated midway between Ramsgate and Southbroom and overlooking the Imbezane River.
The chalets are comfortably furnished and can accommodate between 2 to 6 people, all with private braai areas on the verandahs. The units are furnished with a combination of queen-size, double, single and twin beds and private bathrooms with baths and showers or showers only. Linen and towels are provided.
The kitchens are fully equipped with gas stoves, ovens, fridges, microwaves, cutlery and crockery and tea and coffee facilities. All the chalets have Wi-Fi, TVs with local channels and guests are welcome to bring their own DStv decoders.
The units can be serviced daily on request, except Sundays and public holidays. The lodge is water independent and every unit has an emergency light in case of loadshedding. Some of the units have multiple levels and is accessed by stairs.
Bellevue Guest Lodge offers spacious gardens, a trampoline and guests have free access to Bellevue Eco Park. The park is wheelchair and pram-friendly and home to over 200 species of indigenous trees and naturally occurring wildlife. A sensory play area and sand pit for kiddies, an obstacle course, slide, swings and roundabout, grassy lawns for picnics and party shelters are all available.

Lovely clean open plan self catering unit with everything we needed. Cute clever practical kitchen and a covered patio braai area attached to relax in beautiful surroundings. Enjoyed watching the fish eagles over the river. Definitely a place to return to.
Really peaceful and quiet setting, despite being so centrally located. The braai area is stunning and the fact it is sheltered, meant that we could still braai whilst it was raining :)
Also loved the walk-in shower and the unit had everything we needed.

We had a super stay at Bellevue! Sally and her husband was very friendly, helpful and hospitable.
The unit itself was cleaned everyday and fresh towels supplied every third day - the unit really was kept spotless. The view from the covered patio was breathtaking over the river, the banana fields and the forest. Bellevue is also very well situated - you are minutes away from several nice beaches, restaurants and shops - yet you are isolated from the bustling crowds.
We had a very nice stay and experience at Bellevue and can strongly recommend the place.

Everything about the place I absolutely loved and enjoyed.
Ramsgate has the most beautiful beaches and we love the Blue Lagoon restaurant and Waffle House little complex. The people are friendly even at the local Spar.
Everything was close and convenient in Ramsgate.
Wish we had more time here. It is beautiful and not too rushed (at least out of season).
Beaver Creek coffee plantation, Wagon Saloon and the Waffle House are definite must visits.
