Fantastic stay!
Thank you very much to our hostess Amelia, it was worth every penny. We were so warmly welcomed and we enjoyed our stay in the spacious and well appointed accommodation.
We attend a great wine tasting with Amelia’s knowledgeable son Diederick.
Thank you very, very much! I would highly recommend this guesthouse with the utmost confidence.

Lovely little gem of a town. Lots of things to do, eateries and little shops and galleries to visit. At the base of the most spectacular mountain pass in all Africa.

The charm and character of this town impressed me. The Karoo gardens are beautiful and there are interesting local products for sale. I recommend the book shop in Marlene's home.

Peace and quiet; feeling of safety; good clean air. We attended a wonderful photographic course with Louis Botha.

The variety of things to do from hiking to cycling down a mountain, wine tasting, general relaxing in the various restaurant / gift shops. HIGHLIGHT SWARTBERG PASS!

Prince Albert is a lovely little town at the foot of the Swartberg Mountains.
What struck me in particular is how clean the streets are and the friendliness of the locals.
We went to a movie in “The Showroom” and were surprised to find such an amazing Art deco gem in the middle of the Karoo. “The Showroom” boasts state-of-the-art theatre and cinema equipment, making it suitable to facilitate and attract some of the country’s top performers.
