This property is a two story cottage located on Copperleigh Farm. The open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room are located on the ground floor as is the garage and guest toilet.
Both bedrooms, the loft and the main bathroom (toilet and shower only) are all upstairs.
A First aid kit, Safety card and Fire extinguisher are provided.
We have a generator to provide electricity in the event that the power goes out.
Access to Mavela Dam from your own garden. Please remember to bring your own fly fishing rods and equipment to fish for trout.
Large lawn and garden area around the front, side and back of the cottage which is fenced although the dam is still accessible with no fence in front to spoil your view. There is a small stream running along the edge of the garden into the dam.
Should you choose to swim in the dam the use of your own personal life jackets are encouraged. Remember to bring swimming towels as they are not provided.
No motorized craft allowed on Mavela dam.
There are a couple of walks you can take on the farm.
The sheep can be seen going out to pasture at 7:30am and returning at 15:30pm for feeding time.
