Eden Guesthouse offers you a homely environment, with just the right amount of extra special touches, to make it memorable. As our name suggests, Eden has been likened to a piece of paradise, where guests claim to have “heard the gentle whisper of angels”.
We’re located in Jan Kempdorp, in the Northern Cape – fondly called “the heart of South Africa”.
Here, guests recharge body and soul as a welcome contrast to their gruelling humdrum.
Eden boasts an expansive, manicured garden and an inviting pool, makings for the perfect respite.
Our tastefully-furnished, air-conditioned rooms simply ooze comfort.
At Eden, expect to be woken by nature’s alarm clock in the form of beautiful birds chirping. Our hearty breakfasts and mouth-watering dinners – both an Eden trademark – are certainly something to write home about.

Eden Guesthouse is a lovely place to stay. We liked the wonderful gardens ranged nicely with watercourse, lots of plants spending shades and an incredible breakfast served to us on the pool platform.
We rested well in the nice room arranged with loads of details. The icing on the cake are the hosts preparing us (pre-booking needed) a very tasty dinner, the pumpkin souffle was outstanding, not to forget the broccoli salad, the mixed vegetables and desert. And yes, the meaty parts of the dish convinced us too. Fully recommended!
