Our facility is what our name says: "BUSHCAMP & ACCOMMODATION"
NO MUSIC OR FIREWORKS ALLOWED AT ALL! (Policy of the Nature Reserve)
We strive to adhere to everybody's needs and it is a nature-lovers ideal solace.
Koedoesrus Bushcamp is located with-in Dinokeng Big 5 Game Reserve, just outside Hammanskraal, off the Rust de Winter Road. The terrain has seven camping sites in our main camp, close to the communal open air ablution facilities, boma and washing facilities and 4 camping sites at our "InniBos"-site, which also have communal open
air ablution facilities, but are more secluded and "in the Bush". Almost all the campsites have mostly shade. All our stands have electrical points and the ablution facilities have hot water and flush toilets. Our water are supplied by a borehole and is safe for human consumption. We do ask guests to be "Water Wise" and not to waste water unnecessarily. Firewood, fire-pit logs and ice are available to purchase on site. We provide a "braai" and rubbish bin to each site, which is cleaned and replaced daily for our guests. Although the Main campsite is close to the main house, guests still have their privacy. We respect our guests privacy and allow them to roam freely on the 4ha fenced premises.
We are situated within the Game Reserve with animals all around, so rather enjoy the sounds of nature and recharge your soul with the calling of the free roaming LIONS, JACKAL and HYENA . Serious nature lovers WELCOME!
Dinokeng Game Reserve is a beautiful reserve, and is conveniently only 45 minutes drive from Pretoria.
Game Viewing permits can be obtained per vehicle on the Self Drive Game Route. Animals such as Kudu, Zebra, Impala, Ostrich, Blesbok, Blouwildebees, Waterbuck, Rooihartbees, Buffalo, Giraffes, Elephant, Lion, Cheetah, Leopard, warthog and many small game and birds are roaming freely in the Reserve.

We stayed in the self catering flat. Quiet and peaceful. Very pleasant hosts. Abundance of bird life.
Despite a rain and windstorm we enjoyed our stay in this bushcamp very much. Our hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Will consider going there again soon.

Dinokeng Game Reserve Reviews
The game viewing on the Mongena game drive was superb!
Fresh air not far from the city and a nice getaway from the hussles of the city .
Great wildlife!
We heard hunting gunshots while we stayed at Hatneesfontein Guest Farm. Ruined it for us. Will not go back there for that reason.
Mongane lodge's game drive was great. Good sightings. We liked the Safari mall where we could purchase some needed stuff. We found the map of the reserve a bit confusing, but overall we really enjoyed the self drive route. There are also a lot of lodges that offers game drives. Some are also open to people who are doing the self drive route for refreshments.
The peace and quiet and the fact that it is so close to Pretoria.
Dinkeng is not as busy as the normal Sanparks reserves.
Halfway There.
An escape from the hustle and bustle of the city!
Close to JHB and close to nature.
