B&B @t53 offers home away from home, value for money guest accommodation. Our regular guests who keep returning time after time are testimony to this.
We are situated 2km from the city centre at the foot of the historic Naval Hill, close to all universities, golf clubs, sport stadium, hospitals, schools, malls and airport.
For short or long term stays, we have various types of accommodation available. We offer air-conditioned self-catering cottages, deluxe equipped caravans and an 8-sleeper backpacker unit. We offer deluxe air conditioned, fully equipped self-catering cottages situated away from the main house offering great privacy.
We also have air conditioned double or twin bedrooms in the main house with ensuite bathrooms/showers.
Our deluxe equipped caravans for backpackers, hikers and sporting groups are ideal for those on a tight budget. We must stress that we are not a caravan park and cannot entertain camping / other caravans.

Clean and Neat Rooms.
Very clean, super friendly management. They when over and above and gave me a better unit without asking. Definitely recommend then!
It's a lovely tranquil place. Very clean. The staff is on point. Nothing ever to much for them. For the price it is truly value for money. They will see me again in future!
