Welcome to Cloeteskraal Chalets.
Cloeteskraal Chalets offers guests self-catering cottages, each with its own warm Jacuzzi on the banks of the Berg River, near Velddrif. This would be the ideal romantic couple getaway, family getaway or do you enjoy fishing, then this is the place for you.
The accommodation comprises 4 River Chalets that can sleep 5 guests per chalet. All chalets are fully equipped with a kitchen, open lounge, and braai facilities (Indoor and Outdoor), DSTV (Holiday package), Aircon and much more.
Just River Chalet no.4 has an outdoor braai and do not have an indoor braai.
Glam Caravan Camping! Our permanent caravan under shade with your own ablution with fully equip kitchen and bathroom and air conditioning and DSTV (Holiday package). Outside bath with hot and cold water overlooking the Berg River.
There is a jetty and a slipway.
Experience the quietness of the Berg River and enjoy the breathtaking sunsets and river view. Guests can enjoy sitting on your own private balcony enjoying breakfast, or while sipping on a sundowner.

The host was very helpful , friendly, place clean , and has all that you need , you just bring your eats and drinks , you are on the bank of the Berg River , fishing (catch and release) quiet with your hot tub on your deck perfect for a get away from everything , pics on the website are just as the place is

What an uncomplicated, everything you can need for a fun and relaxing weekend away! The kids absolutely loved it. We will definitely be back. Would just recommend taking extra bedding in the winter as its cold!!
We had a lovely stay at Cloeteskraal chalet. Everything which we needed was available and the hosts were helpful and friendly. The jacuzzi with the beautiful view was the cherri on top.
We had a lovely weekend. The chalet was well equipped, very clean and neat. I fell in love with the decor, Diane is very artisitic. The chalets are right next to the river - very peaceful.
Also the jacuzzi was lovely to relax in and the aircon came in handy on when it was hot.
Will definitely be back. Next time with a fishing rod and a canoe.
