City & Farm Stays offer three unique private, self catering units in Kloof with easy access to a great selection of restaurants, shops and the M13 - perfect for business or leisure travel.
All City & Farm units offer private entrances with parking outside each unit. They are fully equipped for self catering including microwave, bar fridge, two plate stove as well as iron, ironing board and hairdryer. Each unit has a TV with a full DSTV bouquet.

A home a way from home. Cathy is gracious host. I visit Durban very often and 35 on Fairview is always going to be 1st option. The rooms are immaculately kept. cleaned daily. All I can say is we always enjoy my stay, so much so that when I leave we always sign off by ''See you in a few months" :-)

Excellent reception and overall very comfortable and convenient.
What an amazing place to stay, It is so lovely and quiet and tranquil that I almost forgot I was on a business trip. Stunning cottage and great people. Thank you Cathy, will be seeing you on my next trip =)
