Welcome to Wharthog Corner Leeupoort.
Wharthog Corner is located in Dwarfgreen in the town Leeupoort. The house is approximately 58 km from Thabazimbi and 72 kmfrom Bela-Bela. Ideally suited for a family or a group of travelers / friends wanting to get away from the hustle of city life. In town, there is a play park for the children, a library and a community hall.
Wharthog Corner offers affordable accommodation in the bushveld, in a double-storey holiday home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house can accommodate up to 8 guests. Upstairs is the main bedroom, fitted with air-conditioning, a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The other 2 bedrooms are downstairs, each has a double bed and share the second bathroom.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped for self catering purposes and the living area is fitted with comfortable seating and a TV with full DStv. Other amenities include, a sun room, a verandah with a big undercover tiled lapa, a boma, a built-in braai and a Jacuzzi. There is a general store at the security gates as well as a liquor store, swimming pool and restaurant.
Attractions:
Giraffes, wildebeest, numerous buck species and other wildlife can be seen in the park. There is also a feeding area for animals.
Activity:
Guests can enjoy numerous hiking trails which will lead through many indigenous trees.

Wonderful clean and neat house with a big lapa and Jacuzzi. Well equipped. Loved the game visiting the house that we could feed. Awesome experience. Loved every minute of it. Will definitely be back.
This was our first visit to Leeupoort. We enjoyed the tranquility of the bush and the animals. Thank you for a beautiful neat house. I am sure we will go back in future.
Well equipped house with everything you need in a safe and peaceful area. Lots of extra services like a salt lick to attract the animals and bush pellets to feed the game. Wonderful lapa with braai and jacuzzi.
