Welcome to Dumela Flat 1,
Ground floor flat with a balcony & scenery. Main bedroom has a double bed & en-suite bathroom. Second bedroom has 2 double bunks. 2nd bathroom. Living area with a lounge suite and fully equipped kitchen.

Gas Braai R50.00 per day.
Basic Cleaning Service R100.00 per day.
Full Cleaning Service R150.00 per day.
Being a Pet Friendly Resort, one small dog is allowed For this a R100 fumigation cost will be levied.
Strictly No Rental of accommodation to persons under 21 unless accompanied by two adults.
All bookings must be fully paid in advance no less than one (1) week prior to occupation. 50% of the total rental to be paid upon reservation and the balance one week prior to arrival.
In the event of a cancellation, your deposit will only be refunded if another reservation is made by other guests for the same period.
No extra guests allowed over and above the number of beds in the apartment. If extra guests are found in the units, eviction will take place.
No smoking allowed inside units.
