Ground floor flat spacious balcony with lovely outlook overlooking the play area. The main bedroom has a double bed & separate bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 Single Beds. 2nd bathroom. Living area with a lounge suite, sleeper couch and fully equipped kitchen. DSTV (Hotel Bouquet).
Unit can accommodate 4 adults + 2 children = 6 guests.
No aircon.
If there are bunk beds in the unit only a child up to 12 years are allowed to sleep on the top bunk.

Fantastic complex and only 7 units. Lovely sea view. Safe and secure.
Close to restaurants, shops, beaches, Shopping Malls. The Casino is about 35 km from Sea-spray.
Highly recommended.
