Dumela Flat 10 is a self-catering apartment located in a secure complex, situated in Manaba in Margate. Perfect for guests looking for comfortable lodging, close to the beach.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and is fully furnished. The main bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, and the second room is equipped with 2 single beds with the second bathroom to use. The kitchen is well equipped and contains a fridge and a microwave, an oven with a stove as well as other utensils. The open-plan dining and lounge area has comfortable seating, with a flat-screen TV that has DStv connectivity, so you can bring your own smart card and decoder.
The lounge also has a sliding door that leads out onto a patio, that has a table and benches with partial views of the beach to one side, and the complex surrounds to the other. The complex also has two braai areas and a swimming pool for guests to make use of, a tennis court, and a games room.

Fantastic complex and only 7 units. Lovely sea view. Safe and secure.
Close to restaurants, shops, beaches, Shopping Malls. The Casino is about 35 km from Sea-spray.
