Welcome to Kaya Cabhozi at 306 Heights Road, located on a 9-hectare estate in Wilderness Heights on the famous Garden Route.
Kaya Cabhozi is situated on a hill above the seaside village of Wilderness, in a most beautiful setting only 2 km from the beach. We provide luxury accommodation for up to four people in two en-suite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a large open plan living area and satellite TV. Free WiFi
Close by are the Map Of Africa which is also the Paragliding Launch site and Viewpoint for Dolphin/Whale watching. George Airport is 18 km away.
The unit is accessed through a private front door and deck, which is secured with a Trellidor sliding gate. A locked-up garage, private garden, and portable braai are also available. Grasslands, gardens and indigenous vegetation decorate the estate and thus provide enough playground for children.
The unit comprises 2 en-suite bedrooms. Both bedrooms have sliding doors opening onto a deck with magnificent views over the Indian Ocean and the Outeniqua Mountains.
The main bedroom has a king-size bed, a Persian carpet, wardrobe, and a table with chair. The main bathroom is wheelchair friendly and fitted with a shower, a bath, basin, and the toilet is separate with a bidet.
The second bedroom contains 2 three-quarter beds, built-in wardrobe, and 2 comfortable chairs. The bathroom is complete with a shower, toilet, and basin. Both bedrooms also have extra blankets and heaters.
All three beds are fitted with luxury electric blankets. A baby bath, camping cot, baby chair and kids pool are also available on request.
Rooms features include: A small built-in safe, hairdryer in both rooms and free toiletries in the bathrooms.
Living Area
The living area is furnished with 2 leather couches, a TV with full DStv channels and a DVD-player. The unit also has free Wi-Fi connection and a wide variety of books and CDs are also avaible for guests.
The unit has its own enclosed private garden with lots of space for relaxing. Also great for children or senior citizens. The property is surrounded by indigenous forests with lots of bird life.
Kitchen
The open-plan kitchen contains a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a stove, an oven and ample built-in cupboards to store crockery and cutlery as well as washing machine and tumble-dryer. Meals can be served at the round dining table with seating for up to 10 people.
Activities
The quiet coastal village of Wilderness lies between the Kaaimans River and the Goukama Nature Reserve, and is bordered by the towering Outeniqua Mountains.
Wilderness has over 18 km of golden beach sands that are ideal for fishing, sunbathing, swimming, surfing, or a leisurely stroll. The most popular beaches include the Touw River mouth, Leentjiesklip, The Boardwalk on 6th Avenue, The Fisherman’s walk on 8th Avenue, and Kleinkrantz.
There is a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, art galleries, craft stalls, shops, and weekend markets to explore.

A great place up on Heights, super for 4, royal for 2. Fully furnished kitchen, big fridge, washer, dryer, really good.
The hosts, Annette and Irma live next door, which is very practical and they are just fantastic.
Nice and quiet place just a couple of minutes from the town center.
