Welcome to Umdlalo Lodge.
The eight luxurious rooms cater to the needs of holidaying families and business representatives alike. In addition, there is a spacious and comfortable, air-conditioned, and very romantic honeymoon suite.
Umdlalo Lodge is home to the well-known ZiZi’s Restaurant. “Dining is an experience”, is our motto at ZiZi’s and a lot of time is spent sourcing, preparing, and presenting the best food on the coast.
Day conferences can be arranged in the main private dining room with seating for up to 60 delegates. Specialized catering for smaller and more intimate conferences is available. The lady's bar lounge, with its unique décor and the expansive veranda with sea views, has become a popular venue for business meetings and social get-togethers.
The lodge can easily be converted into a venue for unforgettable weddings, special birthday celebrations, private functions, and corporate launches, incorporating the luscious gardens.
The lodge is easily accessible from the N2 toll road and is also within walking distance of the Umtentweni main beach and within easy reach of Shelly Beach and the South Coast Mall. Popular golf courses are located nearby and within easy reach of the lodge.

Nice place with good restaurant.
Everything is and was perfect from the garden to the restaurant. Staff is well trained and professional. Room neat and tidy. Best stay in Natal I ever experienced. The food was top notch. Good security all round
