Stay was good
We again stayed at the Cock and the Cat on our way home to Salt Rock. Could not find fault with anything, comfortable bed nice shower and best of all nice supper and good breakfast! Got home 3o’clock to sweltering humid weather( could go back for another day). Regards, Danita and Uli Kliem
Such a charming little place. The host was very attentive, the room was spotless and well furnished and the food from the restaurant was delicious (had breakfast and dinner). Highly recommended.

Last Sunday we stayed at the Cock & Cat on our way from Ballito to Cape town. I have traveled through Ugie often on my trips to Cape Town and back and often wondered what it would be like to stay over in this small place. Well I was surprised to find comfortable clean rooms and had the best shower ever the next morning. They also have
a restaurant if you need to eat. When we left
the part owner gave us a home baked loaf of
bread! We enjoyed having it at our next stop over! I would definitely want to stay there again!
