Each cottage is fully furnished and equipped with free broadband Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, flat-screen TVs, and the full DSTV bouquet.
Each open-plan kitchen features granite tops and is fully equipped for self-catering with a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, necessary cooking utensils, cutlery, electric oven and gas stove.
Linen and bath towels are provided, however guests are required to bring their own beach towels. Each cottage has its own undercover parking area, and guests may also park adjacent to the cottages.
Cottages are pet friendly and strictly non-smoking.
The cottages share the same communal areas as the main house, which includes a patio with a built-in braai/BBQ, an outdoor tiled shower, built-in railway sleeper benches with table tops, and a grass front lawn area facing the beach. The lawn includes three seating areas for guests to use, relax, enjoy meals or sundowners. There is a communal laundry on site with two washing machines and tumble dryer.

Great experience, would recommend.
We really enjoyed our stay! The outside braai area and the proximity to the beautiful beach is fantastic. The cottage is well equipped. The lounge area is really small which doesn't matter if the weather is good as one can enjoy being outside. Rejoice, who looks after the cottages, was very helpful. .

There was a mix up with our cottage and after we unpacked all of our luggage we had to move - a bit frustrating - not a nice start to a long weekend.

Excellent setting. Very cosy and welcoming. Close to the Beach for the dog to run freely. Very beautiful.
I booked 2 cottages and 1 of the cottages was double booked. All my guests including ourselves(11pax) had to stay in one cottage. The owner assured me he would reimburse me for the 2nd cottage(R3000). He further offered a free weekend off peak. I am pleased that he has offered the above once his commitment is met. We loved his accommodation irrespective of the double booking and would definitely return. Thanks Hans.
Lovely cottage with a view of the breakers from the unit and direct access to the beach. I could push my mother's wheelchair to the edge of the lawn, where we could have breakfast on the outdoor table and benches.

the beautifull ocean
Scottburgh is our favorite holiday destination, since 2013 we visit the town once a year. The people are friendly especially Peter & Lenie Hoy at Marilyn Court. There is a lot of activities in and around Scottburgh-we enjoy visiting Croc world and watching the crocs been fed.
