Area Information:Much of Bloubergstrand's attraction lies in its white sandy beaches from which the view of the iconic Table Mountain and the city of Cape Town is quite spectacular. Robben Island, where Nelson Mandela was imprisoned, can also be seen quite clearly from the beach at Bloubergstrand.
Property Facilities:Secure off-street parking. We live on the premises and are available at all times should our guests need assistance or have any questions.
Attractions:The main beach in Bloubergstrand is called Big Bay. Big Bay is a surfers´ paradise and hosts several national and international competitions every year. Little Bay is a nice family beach and suitable for sunbathers. There are also a number of places for surf anglers.
Apart from the beautiful beaches and spectacular views, Bloubergstrand offers the visitor a number of attractions and activities. Its close proximity to the City Centre also makes it a convenient base when visiting the Cape. Bloubergstrand has many restaurants.

Our Host Kathy waited up for our late arival and showed us to our Studio Apartment.
Walking in, we were so thrilled to see that 'what you see is indeed what you get' plus so much more.
The Apartment is absolutely Luxurious, from the Extra Length King sized bed, fitted with the most beautiful white linen.
Extra blankets should you require.
The Decor is everything you'd expect in an upmarket Guesthouse stay. We felt it was such a calming space.
The Coffee / Tea station was a treat to say the least, not only was there a varied supply of Coffee's, there is also a Nespresso Coffee Machine with Pods for those who favour filtered coffee, as well as a variety of Biscuits and Chocolates was another lovely surprise.
The Bathroom is Beautifully fitted out and much larger than one would expect.
Oh, and another surprising find the bottled water in the Fridge was just another treat for us to make use of.
Outside you'll find a sunny private patio with a braai (barbeque).
The garden is made up mostly of waterwize plants.
Kathy has turned the Studio into a really beautiful space and we enjoyed our 8 night stay.
Highly recommended, we will DEFINITELY be back when next in Cape Town!

I had an amazing stay. The apartment is heaven, so beautiful, clean and had everything I needed. I checked in late and Kathy was so understanding and had everything ready and waiting for me. I will definitely stay here next time I am in cape town. Excellent service I must say.
Lovely place to just relax. Lots of nice complimentary snacks in the modern equipped cottage. Has everything yiu need. Absolute pleasure to stay there. A dat after I left the owner messaged me to advise they found my charger and cash in my room. Will definitely be going back.

The beach.
Dining out, walking on the beach.
They are not far from shops even if I use Uber it's not expensive.
It is quiet and serene. The beach is easy to access and many people run on the beach or next to it. A great place to visit if you enjoy being active. Also, a very dog friendly place. I would recommend Mozambik for a relaxed meal, but be prepared for noise: it is a very popular location! Both Table Mountain and Robben Island are visisble from Blouberstrand. with Uber, you can get around pretty easily to just about any location.
The beach
We want to thank Marko and his team for their friendliness and welcoming us with open arms on the 4th of July 2022. He gave us a tour through the apartment and made sure that we had all the things we need. The apartment was well cleaned and had all the equipment needed. It is walking distance to the beach and there is a lot of restaurants to choose from in the area. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend it for anyone. Sunset court will definitely see us again. Thank you Marko for everything.
