18 First Avenue is the perfect getaway destination for a group of up to 9 people. Ideal for two families, one large family or groups of friends looking for accommodation that is central in Yzerfontein.
18 First Avenue is only a short walk away from the main beach and shops. Perfect if you are looking for affordability.

One bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom (shower & bath), built in cupboards and balcony with sea view

One bedroom with twin beds, one bunk bed and one pull out mattress, with en suite bathroom (shower & bath)
Please note
Bedding and towels are included but bring along your own beach towels.
Outside areas are fenced off and child friendly.
There is space for 3 cars to park inside the property behind the motorised gate . The undercover garage is not available for guests to use .
The house comes with an optional domestic service available during your stay, but all visitors have a domestic to clean up on the day of their departure. The optional domestic service costs R200 per day. Please let us know if you require this service 2 weeks in advance.
Check in is 2pm-6pm and check out is 10 am , early check in or late check out can be arranged with Kate if done so prior to arrival via email and a R250 fee will be charged
Pet Friendly : R100 Pet levy per dog per stay
