Woodlands Beach Villa is situated in botanical surroundings at the end of a cul-de-sac in the picturesque little village of Southbroom.
The home can accommodate up to 12 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a guest toilet, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a bunk bed, the second bedroom has a queen-size bed, the third bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed, and the fourth bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The main bedroom features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a shower. The fourth bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, double-door fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery and crockery as well as a dishwasher. The dining area comprises seating space for 6 people, and the sitting area has a couch, 4 armchairs and a coffee table. The upstairs lounge area presents a lounge suite and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with a surround sound system.
The living area opens up with stack doors onto a lovely verandah which contains outdoor patio furniture, and a picnic table. The covered verandah overlooks the spacious enclosed garden with braai facilities and a swimming pool.
Nearby attractions include the Hippi Fish Cafe, Wild Coast Sun, Beaver Creek Coffee Farm, Mpenjati, Umtamvuna and Oribi Gorge Nature Reserve. The area offers an exciting variety of restaurants, pubs and coffee shops.
