Dabchick is a country styled cottage ideal for couples or small families. The unit consists of 2 bedrooms, one double and two singles. There is one bathroom with a toilet, basin and shower. The kitchenette is fully equipped to suit your accommodation needs. A cosy lounge area with an open fireplace is ideal for Dullstroom' s cold winter evenings. A large wooden deck with lovely country views. Unit Features: * Open Fireplace * Flat screen TV with DSTV - commercial bouquet * Covered Parking * Firewood Supplied * Gas Braai * 1x Oil fin heater, usually located in the main bedroom - guests can move it to the lounge or 2nd bedroom. * No electric blankets. There is a blanket on each bed and an additional 5x blankets in the cupboards. * Electric stove/oven (small, looks like microwave) * Small gas bottle - for coffee etc. Unit Rules * Check-in: 14:00 PM * Check-out: 10:00AM * Only fly-fishing equipment allowed * Strictly No Pets * No Fireworks or open fires. Activities and Attractions: Fly Fishing in 3 well stocked dams. Berryfields dam is a mere 3-minute drive from the cottage. Inhlazane and Otters Creek are located back towards town along the main road. Directions to the dams are available in the cottage. The dams are stocked with rainbow and brown trout. Catch & Release at Berryfields dam ONLY. Catch and release is encourage on Inhlazane and Otters Creek, however a maximum of 2 fish in total ( not per angler or per day ) may be kept for the pan from these waters. The cost is R 120.00 per fish . Visitors can enjoy walks, hiking and birding. Trail running and cycling routes available in the cottage. . Nearby attractions include golf at the famous Ernie Els Highlands Gate Golf Estate, The Bird of Prey Centre and many more. Dine in one of many restaurants Dullstroom has to offer, explore shops and treat yourself to a whisky or gin tasting at the Whisky Bar. . The cottage is situated on a working cattle and blueberry farm 7km from Dullstroom. Easily accessible by both sedans and SUVs. . Visitors can enjoy walks, hiking and birding. Trail running and cycling routes available in the cottage.

Enjoyed walking around the small shops, popping into Mayfly Restaurant for lunch - the best service!!
Beware, some shops are closed on a Tuesday and/or Wednesday.
