Welcome to Balooga Unit C,
This modern and unique complex overlooks a secluded bay just minutes away from Margate’s Main Swimming Beach.
The units offer the most spectacular sea views and from the units on the upper levels the ocean views stretch for miles and miles.
Spacious balconies that open out from the lounge and main bedrooms are an added bonus – making outdoor living part of your holiday experience.
The complex offers a communal swimming pool and easy access to the beach and rock pools. The famous Margate fishing pier is situated just around the corner from Balooga. The shops and restaurants in Margate are literally a short walk away.
Each unit is individually furnished to the owner’s tastes.
Please note that the following Extras are compulsory, and not included in this quotation, and will be due and payable on acceptance of a booking, directly to us, prior to arrival.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES - Not included in the quote to be paid to host directly with the balance.
R650 - Admin, Sanitation before and after, Departure Cleaning & Linen Fee.
R1000 - A Refundable Breakage Deposit. The breakage deposit is refundable within 30 working days of departure, either in full or less any deductions for any bank charges, call-out fees, shortages/damage or breakages.

The views and activities
Fantastic complex and only 7 units. Lovely sea view. Safe and secure.
Close to restaurants, shops, beaches, Shopping Malls. The Casino is about 35 km from Sea-spray.
Highly recommended.

There is so much to see and do in Margate
Margate is a small little town with a variety of day and night life. Everything one needs is in walking distance wherever you are in Margate.
