The organic architecture and interior design of Lothian House allows for absolute privacy and impeccable indulgence as this luxury villa is rented out in its entirety and never on a per room basis. Guests are invited to congregate together in a variety of unique spaces: from the summer and winter lounges to the formal lounge and dining room, which run the length of this glass-encased mansion. Lothian House can comfortably sleep 16 guests in 8 luxury double en-suite bedrooms. Each room is individually decorated and offers exquisite views of the farm and surrounding mountains. The House is completely surrounded by water, which makes it a unique destination and cut above the rest.

Area Information:Lothian House is situated 40 minutes away from the Cape Town International Airport and 4km away from the N2 Highway. There is a local grocery store (Spar) situated 10 minutes from the House, and a shopping mall (Somerset West Mall) located 25 minutes from the property in Somerset West.
Lothian House is perfectly located between three well known wine regions in the Western Cape - Cape Winelands, Elgin Valley and Walker Bay. We do have many guests who are great lovers of a good game of golf. The House is also in close proximity to Erinvale Golf Estate, Arabella Gold Estate and Pearl Valley located in Val de Vie Estate in Paarl.
