Please note that a 4x4 is required to reach the Aloha estate (You need to reduce tire pressure by 1,2 - 1,5 bars max) No 2x4 vehicles will be permitted on the premises as they are damaging the roads on the estate. Please be advised that you will need a 4x4 vehicle to gain access to the property due to the sandy roads.

Only a 40-minute drive from the Kosi Bay border, along sandy roads, you will find Aloha Estate. Situated on the beach in Ponta Mamoli, Mozambique. House number 22 is privately situated and on the beach.

The house is on one level and has a 'lodge type' layout, in the sense that the entire house consists of four separate buildings, all sea-facing and all open up onto the wooden deck around the swimming pool and gazebo area. There are 4 buildings of which 1 building is the kitchen, TV lounge and dining area, the remainder 3 buildings are the 4 bedrooms, all bedrooms are en suite. Bedroom 1 has 1 queen bed, and Bedroom 2 has 4 single beds that can be pushed together to king beds or kept apart as single beds. These 2 bedrooms have an inter-leading door that can be locked or kept open if you have kids. The remainder 2 bedrooms have 1 queen bed in each bedroom. Each bedroom has its own private entrance door from the outside of the deck into the bedroom. The house comfortably sleeps, 10 guests.

Each bedroom is comfortably furnished with ceiling fans, bedside tables with bedside lamps, and en suite bathrooms. All bedrooms are airconditioned. Each bathroom has a shower, basin, and toilet. All linen, bath, and beach towels are provided.

Please take note that the swimming pool does not have a child safety net.

The living area consists of an open-plan kitchen and lounge. The lounge has a TV with full DSTV and lounge seating for around 8 people. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas hob, oven, microwave, ice machine, crockery and cutlery for 10 people, fridge, freezer, washing machine and all the equipment that you would require in a kitchen for self-catering. There is a large dining room table in the living area.
Built-in braai facilities at the property. Charcoal and wood are for sale on site. Please ask Luther.

All cleaning materials are provided as well as black bags.

The washing machine is to be operated by the staff only. If you would like laundry done it is R150 per load. Washing liquid is provided.

We have provided a water filter at the prep bowl in the kitchen. Only this water is drinkable. Teeth can be brushed with water in the bedrooms but is not to be consumed. If you prefer bottled water then please bring that along.

For ice, you can buy bags of ice in Ponta Malongane or on Zitundu road (the WhitePearl road) at R30 a bag, stock up with bags of ice on your drive to the house. Built-in braai facilities at the property. Charcoal and wood are for sale on-site.

Ivone is your housekeeper. Her duties include cleaning, washing dishes, making beds, and general cleaning. The staff doesn't do any cooking.

A 5-minute walk down the beach brings you to Frederico's snorkeling spot, famous for snorkeling. Ensure that you take snorkeling gear along.

Conditions

1. The generally accepted payment terms are as follows: 50% deposit payable directly to [removed] to
secure a booking, of which 30% of the invoice total is non refundable.
2. Proof of payment MUST be emailed to [removed] Failure to do so will result in the booking
being cancelled without prior notice within 48 hours.
3. This ProForma invoice is valid for 24hrs and the rate can change without prior notice.
4. The remainder 50% must be paid 30 days before arrival. Should the proof of payment
for the remaining 50% not be received via email to [removed] 30 days before
arrival date the booking will be cancelled. December and early January bookings must be paid in full
by end of November.
5. Cancellations made 60 days before arrival date are not liable to pay the remainder 50%.
6. Cancellations made within 1 month before arrival date a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
7. Note: some establishments will require a refundable “breakage” deposit.
8. All Bank Charges (Cash Deposits, Credit cards and foreign payments) will be for the guests own account.
If GoBundu needs to do a foreign payment additional Bank Charges will reflect on your invoice above.
9. No bank charges are refundable.
10. If a credit card refund is required there is a R150 service fee charged.
11. If during the course of the holiday you have any reason for complaint or dissatisfaction you should contact
the establishment manager or activity supplier in order that remedial action may be taken.
12. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk
13. Should any person/s test positive for COVID-19 prior to arrival and not be able to travel,
no refund or postponement will be permitted.
