This new exclusive luxury seafront 3 bedroom home overlooks the ocean with stunning panoramic 360 degree views encompassing a magnificent mountain backdrop. Let the sound of the waves lull you to sleep and wake up to fresh ocean breezes and birdsong – you can even whale watch from your bed!
The spacious ground floor open-plan layout has a lounge with wood burning fireplace and a double
volume dining area with adjacent fully appointed kitchen, ideal for entertaining.
The feature staircase leads upstairs to a second fully carpeted lounge with breath-taking sea views across the
bay.
The 3 bedrooms all have double built-in cupboards and are fully carpeted. First bedroom (upstairs)
has a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with toilet, vanity and spacious walk-in shower. Second
bedroom (downstairs also with sea view) has a queen size bed and bathroom en-suite with toilet,
vanity and walk-in shower. Third bedroom has twin beds utilizing the adjacent main bathroom with vanity, bath and walk-in shower and separate toilet.
There is plenty of off-street parking on the property.
You are spoilt for choice with a front patio and 3 balconies from which to view the sunrise and enjoy a lazy breakfast, sip a glass (or two) of wine as the sun sets below the horizon or just watch the boats and seabirds all day.
Perfect bare-foot relaxation at the water’s edge with enclosed large garden with built-in braai (barbecue) for outdoor entertainment, surrounded by trees and abundant birdlife.
Take a walk along the meandering coastal path in front of the house to the campsite tidal pool (5 mins), the Onrus beach (20 mins) or towards the Vermont Nature Reserve (20 mins).
PLEASE NOTE- A once off cleaning and laundry fee of R 800.00 is due regardless of the length of stay
A breakages deposit of R 2000.00 is due which is refundable should there be no breakages or damages
REGRETFULLY NO PETS ALLOWED
STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE. A R 1000 PENALTY WILL BE CHARGED. You are welcome to use the outside areas to smoke
No loud music or noise is allowed that may disturb neighbors.
No unsupervised groups of learners, matrics or undergraduate students allowed.

We love the clean, quiet suburb where we can walk along the coastal paths.
The beach and tipples bar and grill had the most amazing seafood platter and pizza with the loveliest host. I do not know his name, but he was very bubbly and accommodating.
Its "Rustig" and not a buzz, very nice and friendly residents.
The lovely coastal paths and swimming spot!
Proximity to Milkwood Beach and the surrounding beauty.
