This luxurious self-catering holiday house is the ideal getaway from the hustle and bustle of the busy city life. It has amazing sea views from the lounge/kitchen and the balcony.

The house is within easy walking distance from the Davies tidal pool and coastal walkway, and also from the local little shopping centre, which offers a doctor’s consulting rooms, a pharmacy, a butcher shop, a liquor store, a small supermarket and a pub. The Onrus beach and lagoon are but a short drive away.
Onrus River is just a few minutes’ drive from Hermanus proper and two shopping centers, one of which is the new Whale Coast Mall, where there is a large variety of shops, including Checkers, Woolworths and Woolworths Food, Dis-Chem, a deli, restaurants, etc.

This open plan home has spacious living areas with sliding doors opening up to the balcony with a built-in braai/entertainment area. The kitchen is spacious and is well equipped. the bar area has dining room seating for 12 people.

The Main bedroom, upstairs, has a Queen bed. The second bedroom, upstairs, has a double bed and a set of bunk beds. The third bedroom, downstairs, has an XL Queen bed. The Fourth bedroom, downstairs, has a double bed and a single bed. The fifth bedroom, downstairs, has 2 single beds

A once off cleaning and laundry fee of R 1200.00 is due regardless of the length of stay.
A breakages deposit of R 2000.00 is due which is refundable should there be no breakages or damages.
Strictly no smoking inside the house (R1000 penalty will be charged). You are welcome to use the outside areas to smoke.
Regretfully no pets allowed.
No loud music or noise is allowed that may disturb neighbors.
No unsupervised groups of learners, matriculant's or undergraduate students allowed.

All linen and towels are provided. Please bring Beach towels with you. Houses are fully furnished with all the conveniences to ensure that your stay is comfortable. At some properties you have to bring your DSTV decoder and smart card

This sea side town also offers activities such as mountain biking, hiking, paragliding and walking.

The Kleinriver lagoon boarders the eastern side of Hermanus and is also well known for water sports, bird watching and fishing.

The stretch of beach between Hermanus and De Kelders offers exceptional space for horse riding. Come and breathe the champagne air while whale watching the giant mammels of the ocean.

Hermanus is known as the best whale watching spot in the world. For nature lovers there is also the Fernkloof nature reserve with its cliff paths and abundance of fynbos and indigenous plants. The area also offers more than 100 restaurants with great shopping malls and retailers such as Woolworths, Checkers, etc.

All houses have outdoor relaxation areas including braai areas. Some have swimming pools and garden spaces.

Fresh fish can be bought at the harbour. Every Saturday there are 2 popular craft markets with more than a 100 exhibitors selling their craft. Wine lovers can enjoy the very famous wines of the Hemel and Aarde valley and visit well known farms such as Hamilton Russel, Sumaridge Wine Estate and Bouchard Finlayson. This area offers excellent investment opportunities with some popular properties for sale.
