Villa Le Roc is a luxury self-catering Guesthouse in Kleinmond, 1 hour’s drive from Cape Town International airport, on the Garden route (Whale route), and 20 minutes from Hermanus. Interesting neighbouring towns are Betty’s Bay, Pringle Bay and Rooi-els.

Two self-catering units each comprising of a fully fitted kitchen, lounge with TV, private braai area, the main bedroom with double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a toilet and a seperate showerroom with a toilet.
Villa Le Roc offers you warm hospitality in peaceful and tranquil surroundings.
Spectacular mountain and sea views, a hiking trail through Cape Fynbos (flora) at Harold Porter Botanical Garden (10km) and safe beaches all along the ocean’s length.
Scenic drives, whale watching, the penguins, diving, abalone, crayfish, swimming, hiking, bird watching, tennis, bowls, a 9 hole golf course in Kleinmond and an 18 hole golf course at Arabella 10km.
The nearest swimming beach is within walking distance of the Villa.

Attractive, neat space equipped with all the appliances and furnishings you could want for a short stay. Comfortable beds. Close to the coastal walks.
Villa La Roc is a really great place to stay. Really well stocked - tupperware for leftovers AND scissors :) - and the hosts left us a great rusk and coffee stock. Would definitely suggest as a holiday spot for any group from 2 - 8 people. The key locker system means you dont have to stress about arrival time. Fantastic location!

Still close to the city but with a slower pace of life. So many nature walks by the sea.
I love the relaxed small beach town feel of Kleinmond. The combination of a lovely beach and lagoon along with a great beach path walk and the shopping harbour is a perfect weekend getaway. Would love to explore more in future.

Just enough activities so that it gives the feeling of a holiday destination but developed enough to cater for most needs.
