Laguna La Crete Unit B is a self-catering apartment located in a secure complex, situated in Uvongo/ Margate.
Ideal for a family looking for comfortable lodging with lovely views, close to an array of attractions within the South Coast.
This top floor apartment comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan living area. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and the third room has 2 single beds, with a bath and shower, basin and toilet in the bathroom. The kitchen in the flat is well-equipped and contains a fridge with freezer, a microwave, an oven with a stove as well as other appliances.
The lounge has comfortable seating and a TV with DStv viewing. The lounge and main bedroom have sliding doors that open onto a covered balcony, with gas braai facility for guests to use.
The complex also offers a communal swimming pool, and there is secure parking available for 2 vehicles (1 undercover and 1 open parking bay) on the premises. Laguna La Crete Unit B is within walking distance of the beach, and a drive from various shops, restaurants and other facilities.
Please note that the following Extras are compulsory, and not included in this quotation, and will be due and payable on acceptance of a booking, directly to us, prior to arrival.
R500 - Admin Fee (non refundable)
R1000 - A Refundable Breakage Deposit. The breakage deposit is refundable within 14 working days after departure, either in full or less any deductions for any bank charges, call-out fees, shortages/damage or breakages.
