Kiburi Lodge @ Kruger is a spacious property situated in a 3,000 hectare Wildlife Conservancy known as Marloth Park. Kiburi Cottage @ Kruger is a quaint cottage overlooking Parkland area in Marloth Park.

Marloth Park is a popular place to stay for guests visiting Kruger National Park for exciting Big Five game viewing. It is also a popular stop-over for guests en-route to Eswatini/Swaziland & Mozambique.

With no demarcation fences in-between the houses, animals roam around freely in Marloth Park. Our guests absolutely love the wildlife almost on their doorstep.

Animals such as Impala, Kudu, Wildebeest (Gnu), Bushbuck, Zebra, Giraffe and Warthog are found roaming around freely and they love it when you feed them game pellets or vegetable treats.
At night the nocturnal animals come out to play and that is when we enjoy watching the cute Bush babies feeding. The Lesser Bushbaby is a regular visitor and sometimes the Thicktailed Bushbaby and Genet come in as well.

You can do a self-drive to Kruger National Park, or we can arrange a game drive on your behalf.

The Crocodile River is the border in between Marloth Park and the Kruger National Park. From the various lookout points inside Marloth Park along the fence, you are likely to see Elephants and Hippo cooling down in the river.

Kiburi @ Kruger is your ideal starting point for exploring Kruger National Park. As Marloth Park is situated in between two of Kruger National Park's southern entrance gates, you are spoiled for choice.

Crocodile Bridge Gate is 14 kilometers away and the Malelane Gate is 35 kilometers away.

Other activities nearby include Tiger Fishing, Elephant Safari’s, Quad Biking, Bush & River Walks and Bird watching.

Marloth Park is not a party venue. Visitors to our park appreciate the calm serenity of the African Bush and enjoy a peaceful break from their daily busy lives. Please find your "bush voice" once here, as loud noise is not allowed in the Park.

Patrick and Christa were very friendly and accommodating, allowing us to upgrade from the cottage to the lodge for a daily minimum fee. The lodge has everything that one needs. Very spacious with a great flow. Definitely recommended. Loads of animals visit there on a daily basis: warthogs, zebras, kudu, mongoose even wildebeest.

Our stay there was amazing. Christa and uncle Pat are great people, made us feel comfortable every second of the day, the main house was well equipped and comfortable .... Christa went an extra mile with a surprise and made it very special ... The animals that come and visit all day round was trully amazing ... Christa, uncle Pat you will for sure see us again... Thanx once again !

The feeling that you're one with nature, is exactly what a tired soul needs. The park has everything a person require, from personal stuff to juice for your motorcar.
