The Blue Horizon House is a comfortable self-catering holiday home situated in Bot River. Sit back and enjoy the views of the stunning Overberg winelands and mountains in the distance. The beautiful view can also be enjoyed from inside the house, where sunlight streams in through the windows.
This tastefully furnished home consists of an open plan kitchen and lounge area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a shower. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and the second bedroom contains a queen-size bed. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an oven and stove, a microwave and coffee/tea making facilities. The open-plan lounge area is furnished with comfortable couches, a TV with Netflix, Showmax and selected DSTV channels and includes a dining table with chairs. Free uncapped Wi-Fi is available. Guests can relax on the outside deck or around the built-in braai facilities.
The location is perfect for wine tasting, and there are mountain biking trails in the area, as well as lovely markets over the weekends. The towns of Hermanus and Kleinmond are accessible from Bot River. Cape Town is 90 km away.

The view of the mountains.
A small town with plenty of character. Absolutely loved how close the wine farms were, and the little stalls on the side of the road had lots to offer. Food at the Botriver Hotel was also great value for money, with super friendly staff!
