This newly renovated cottage is on Uvongo River 600m from Uvongo Beach.
It has amazing views and bird life, is very private for that special get away.
A peaceful breakaway from everyday hustles and bustles
There is a pool on the property.
The deck is equipped with a gas braai.
TV in lounge and bedroom with OVHD, or you can bring your DSTV decoder and card if you so choose.
Secure parking.
Special requests are attended to for that special occasions.
Please note this is a Self-Catering Unit, thus all soaps, foods & toiletries are to be supplied by yourself.
Please also note this is very close to Nature, thus there are animals and insects in your proximity.
Please note that the local municipality states that the water is drinkable, but we kindly request our guests to refrain from doing so.
The cottage has one bedroom which is equipped with a queen size bed & En-Suite bathroom.
There is a sleeper couch in the lounge that can accommodate 2 children under the age of 16.
We unfortunately cannot accommodate more than 2 ADULTS only.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and the cottage is fitted with a private Jacuzzi on the deck.
Please note the Unit is supplied with enough electricity for day to day running, for the duration of your stay. The Jacuzzi’s Running is for your own account, as the unit is fitted with prepaid electricity.
Prepaid meter details will be supplied prior to your stay, to enable you to manage your own usage.
The accommodation is wheelchair friendly.
There is a swimming pool on premises.
Attractions in and around Uvongo include St Michaels On Sea Beach, Stephward Estate Exotic Nursery, Uvongo Beach, Uvongo Flea Market.
Min 3 nights' stay.
Holding Deposit of R1000.00 per booking is required with final payment.
Deposit will be refunded to guest 72 hours after check out, if cottage is in order.
This will be not reflect in quote and is to be paid 1 to 2 weeks prior to arrival
There is a Cleaning Fee of R150.00 which is non refundable, as it is a COVID19 certification legislative requirement
Should the gas braai not be cleaned by yourselves, an extra charge of R150.00 will be levied.
There is a R350.00 Admin fee which is non refundable.
Jacuzzi electricity is on prepaid and will be for your account.
Jacuzzi is sterilized and filled for each guest, water change before 10 days has an additional charge,
Bedding changed after 10 days unless daily cleaning is requested at additional charges
Please note NO PETS allowed
NO MORE than 2 Adults & 2 Children UNDER the age of 16
