IMPORTANT RULES:
Please be advised that the estate has zero tolerance to violation of the rules including disrespect to any staff member.
This will result in a punitive fine of R 4 000 taken from the breakage deposit fee.
We are in a nature reserve we wish to keep the peace and quiet of the bushveld for all to enjoy.......NO EXCESSIVE NOISE will be tolerated....
All the animals roam freely within the estate - keep windows and doors closed and please refrain from feeding or leaving left overs out.
Please do not LITTER..and.....please use WATER sparingly...
Do not leave FIRES un-attended. Use the steal lid to cover the fire after use. Candles - please ensure all out before leaving the room.
NO SPEEDING>>30KM - animals roam freely within the estate.
We wish all our guests to be informed before and accept the above rules at time of enquiry....so that we can proceed.

We are a family lodge providing an ideal setting for that special getaway. Our live in staff at house 167 and 168 are on duty to make your stay pleasant.

DESCRIPTION:
Zebula House 168 is located in the Zebula golf and wild life reserve, only 2hrs away from Sandton. Escape the madness for pleasant days in the beautiful bushveld environment with free roaming animals.
The spacious open plan design is perfect for entertaining with friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and microwave. The lounge and dining area has huge sliding doors expanding out onto a covered verandah overlooking the bushveld and the splash pool. There is a bar and TV room for those relaxing moments.
The house can accommodate 8 guests in total and consists of 4 en-suite bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms have beds that can be separated.
The boma area is perfect for the traditional braai we all love to have.
PLEASE NOTE:
There is an additional cleaning/admin fee of R 500 and an additional refundable breakage deposit of R 3 500 that is NOT included in the quote.
