Summer Rocks 28 is a stunning, self-catering apartment situated in the secure Summer Rocks complex close to the beach in Uvongo, and near to various shops and amenities.
This furnished apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin. The second is furnished with a double bed and the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, and cutlery and crockery. There is a round 6-seater dining table with chairs. The lounge area features a TV with a DSTV connection, where the guest must bring their own standard Dstv decoder and card to have a signal. The main bedroom and the lounge area both open to a balcony and stairs to go up to the roof area with outdoor furniture, and lovely sea views.
The Summer Rocks complex features a communal braai and swimming pool area, as well as direct beach access. Secure parking is available.
Please note:
A non-refundable admin charge of R500 will be levied on all cancellations and this R 500 fee is over and above the percentage in the cancellation policy.
