Wild Olive Cottage is 12 km from town, 8 of which are on a dirt road. 4x4/high clearance definitely advisable as private access is via a dirt road dipping through a dry river bed twice. The cottage is a short distance from the 200 year old Cape Dutch farmhouse and wagon house and faces up a valley with a terrace and pool overlooking the kloof The cottage is a former farm labourer's cottage and has just finished being renovated. Access to hiking and mountain biking trails directly from the cottage.

The cottage compromises one bedroom with a queen size bed and 1 bathroom with a shower.

Please note that it is a Karoo farm and can experience extremes of weather conditions. Nearby is a second, private cottage facing away from Wild Olive
