There is something exceptional about the bush that steals a piece of your heart, Sometimes, you just need a break in a comfortable place you can call home.
This fully furnished, self-catering house has a comfortable open plan lounge and fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, stove, toaster, kettle and fridge, open plan to a six seater dining room table and chairs. The rooms are spacious, inviting, and evoke a comfortable home-away-from home feeling. Upstairs – (room 1) has a double bed and (room 2) has 2 single beds and a double bunk, bathroom (shower) and balcony, suitable for a family of 6. (Room 3) downstairs bedroom has 1 single bed with on-suite bathroom. This room is accessible by wheelchair from the lounge. Each room is equipped with either an air-conditioner or a fan.
There is a private entertainment/braai area.
The spacious cottage is separate from the main house. It has an open plan fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, stove, toaster, kettle and fridge. It has 2 comfortable single beds with an on suite bathroom (shower). A dining table and chairs, with a cute lounge.
There is large lapa and braai (BBQ) area where you can enjoy your outside meals
You can expect to have wild but friendly animal’s kudu, wildebeest, zebra, warthog and mongoose wander freely around the property, as well as a host of bird species.

Marloth Park has an abundance of game and birds as well as various lookout areas next to the Crocodile River within walking distance. Elephant and Hippo are frequent visitors to the Crocodile River which can be viewed from these lookout areas.
The shops in Marloth Park are convenient stores, however the little town of Komatipoort is only 28.9kl away which has a well-equipped spar and shop right checkers.

Love the nature feeling and all the animals.
I love the closeness to wildlife and the Krugerpark. You dont need to even get in your car and drive to see any animals, zebra, antelope, bushbuck and warthogs visited every day at the house. Just to sit on the stoep with a fire and watch the animals is truely amazing. Everything you need is right there, shops, butchery, place to eat, its just so convenient. I love Marloth!!
