Both are fully equipped for for self-catering holidays. The main house has a braai area under cover and there is also a swimming pool to relax and cool off in. The flat also has it's own portable braai also under roof and can also make use of the swimming pool.
The house and flat is serviced on a daily basis except on Sundays and public holidays.
There is undercover parking for vehicles as well as a closed garage to park a boat in.
28 Sandpiper Street is approximately 1 & 1/2 km from the sea and is also close to all amenities and restaurants. Unfortunately the property is not pet friendly.
