2362 Swartwitpens is a beautiful, self-catering holiday home situated in Marloth Park.
The house consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 loft bedroom and 1 bathroom with a shower. All three bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed, while room two has an additional single bed, however the house still only accommodates 6 guests maximum. Bedding is supplied and a hairdryer is available. There are mosquito nets at each bed. There are two aircons, four floor fans and two roof fans. The bathroom has gas supply for hot water, so load shedding is no problem.
The kitchen is equipped for your self-catering needs with a fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and gas stove. An iron board and an iron is available. Cleaning material in the kitchen is supplied.
There is no WiFi - please bring your own decoder for the TV. Please bring your own swimming towels.
The house features a big lapa outside with an outside grill area under the lapa.
Security 24 hours. Parking is available on the premises.
There is a jungle gym, tuck shop and swimming pool (all communal) located about 2km from the house.
Located 15 km from Kruger National Park, Crocodile Bridge. Marloth Park is a game park where animals roam freely around the house, so please close all windows and doors every time you leave as monkeys can easily get in and damage the interior. The house does not have any fences. Pets are not allowed.
PLEASE NOTE:
There is an additional departure cleaning fee of R 380 and an additional refundable breakage deposit of R 200 that is NOT included in the quote. The breakage fee is refundable within 7 work days after departure if there are no problems.
No loud noise or loud music.

Guards at the gate were very friendly and helpful.
The park is secure and the fences between Marloth and Kruger are secure.

Love the nature feeling and all the animals.
I love the closeness to wildlife and the Krugerpark. You dont need to even get in your car and drive to see any animals, zebra, antelope, bushbuck and warthogs visited every day at the house. Just to sit on the stoep with a fire and watch the animals is truely amazing. Everything you need is right there, shops, butchery, place to eat, its just so convenient. I love Marloth!!
